Dr. Frank received her MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University (formerly Jefferson Medical College) and completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and fellowships in surgical pathology and cytopathology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Frank is board certified in anatomic and clnical pathology and cytopathology. Her areas of specialization include cytopathology, head and neck pathology, endocrine pathology, cervical and gynecologic pathology, gastrointestinal , thyroid and and genitourinary pathology.
