Specimen processing instructions:
Allow serum to clot. Centrifuge 10 minutes at 3000 rpm. 
Transport temperature:
Room temperature. Transport in a plastic leakproof container.
Specimen stability:
Room Temperature: 7 days. Refrigerated: Unacceptable. Frozen: Unacceptable.
Rejection criteria:
Hemolysis. Frozen or refrigerated specimen.
