Norclozapine: Trough, steady-state 25-400 ng/mL. Detection limit 25 ng/mL
Clozapine: The therapeutic response begins to appear at 100 ng/mL. Refractory schizophrenia appears to require a therapeutic concentration of at least 350 ng/mL (trough, at steady-state). |
