One (1) full 3.5 mL gold-top serum separator tube; minimum 1.2 mL serum required.

SPECIMEN PROCESSING
Specimen processing instructions:
Allow to clot. Centrifuge and submit one (1) full 3.5 mL gold-top serum separator tube. 
Transport temperature:
Refrigerated.
Specimen stability:
Refrigerate (2-8°C): Seven (7) days. Frozen (-20°C): Six (6) months.
Rejection criteria:
Specimen will be rejected if stability limit has been exceeded or if specimen is hemolyzed, lipemic or icteric.
