Fluvoxamine (Luvox) is a drug that has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive Disorders. It is a potent and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor that has also shown effectiveness in treating depression and panic attacks. The FDA has initially approved its use for obsessive-compulsive disorders only.
