Specimen processing instructions:
Samples suspected to contain macroglobulins or cryoglobulins should be drawn and held at 37°C. Samples suspected to contain cold agglutinins are not to be refrigerated before serum and clot separation. Serum should be separated immediately from clot and shipped refrigerated.

Room temperature.
Specimen stability:
Room temperature: 72 hours. Refrigerated: 7 days. Frozen: 30 days.

Gross hemolysis • Grossly lipemic
