Specimen required:	1 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor tissue block, or 6 unstained, positively charged (+) slides, prepared from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. Pathology report must accompany paraffin block or slides.
Special notes:	Test is performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue from invasive or metastatic breast cancer.
