Clinical significance: |
Human Growth Hormone (GH) is now a routine replacement therapy in GH-deficient patients. About 5% of patients will produce neutralizing antibodies, and it is recommended that testing for GH antibody is conducted for all patients with documented GH deficiency, who do not respond as expected to GH therapy. |
