Clinical significance: |
Anti-Amphiphysin antibody is found in patients with sensory neuropathy, Stiff-Person syndrome, paraneoplastic encephalomyelitis (PEM), limbic encephalitis, or myelopathy. This semi-quantitative assay may useful in monitoring therapeutic responses in select cases. |
