Clinical significance:
Anti-voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCC), P/Q type are found in patients with muscle weakness, sometimes accompanied by autonomic nervous system dysfunction or cerebellar ataxia. Less commonly paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration.
