Special notes:
Collect blood in a 6 mL plain red-top tube. An 8-10 mL green-top tube is also acceptable for this assay, but not preferred. Do not use gel tube.

Separate serum (or plasma) from cells immediately by centrifuge and aliquot into a labeled polypropylene or similiar plastic tube. Use separate tube for each test ordered.
